2.3 Account Registration

To use the cbk333 Platform, you must create a single registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You must not impersonate any person or use a false identity when registering.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one cbk333 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held within them.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.

Bonuses are credited in BDT and may only be used on the cbk333 Platform. Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account, exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with other bonus offers unless explicitly stated. cbk333 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses credited to your cbk333 account carry an expiry period. Unless otherwise specified on the relevant promotion page, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Any bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be automatically removed from your account without notice.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

5.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the cbk333 sportsbook are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for verifying the details of any bet — including the selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. cbk333 will not cancel or amend a confirmed bet due to a change of mind, misunderstanding of the market, or incorrect selection by the member.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and will be displayed at the time of bet placement. cbk333 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout available to any individual member at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

5.2 Void Bets and Cancelled Events

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: the cancellation or postponement of the relevant sporting event beyond 48 hours of its originally scheduled start time; the occurrence of a technical error or manifest pricing error; or the determination by cbk333 that the market was compromised by match-fixing or corrupt activity. Where a bet is declared void, the original stake will be returned to the member's cbk333 wallet.

5.3 In-Play Betting

cbk333 offers in-play (live) betting on selected cricket, football, and other sporting events. In-play odds are updated in real time and reflect current match conditions. In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. cbk333 may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event without prior notice, including during periods of significant match action. Bets placed during a suspension period will be automatically voided.

9.1 Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cbk333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. cbk333's total cumulative liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cbk333 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cbk333 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to members in advance where reasonably practicable.

10.1 cbk333's Right to Suspend

cbk333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false or misleading registration information; suspected fraud or money laundering activity; bonus abuse; use of automated betting software or bots; collusion with other players; and any conduct that cbk333 reasonably considers to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other members.

10.2 Member's Right to Close
